Welcome to part 6 of our Match Report series. This week, we are going to build on our report by adding a page to look at the shooting performance of our team, against that of the opposition.
You would assume, for most teams, that the performance in front of goal might be a key indicator of their performance. At the end of the day, scoring goals is the aim of the game! So we are going to use this report page as way of highlighting the performance of the team in front of the goal, by looking at where their shots were coming from and how that related to the probability of scoring, or expected goals.
